    REGISTRATION PROCESS

    When registering, we would like the following information by email

    Name, address, email address and phone number, as well as billing address if it differs from the participant’s name and address

    Participants are registered in the order applications are received. However, registration is only finalized once 50% of the course fee has been received. Please transfer this amount to the following bank account no later than 7 days before the course begins:

    Glass Design KFT, Unicredit Bank, 10918001-00000013-66460000

    Please write the following in the payment reference field:
    Art Clay workshop + participant’s name

    Of course, those who find it easier may transfer the full amount in one payment.
    It is also possible to pay in two installments: after the deposit, the second installment can be paid by bank transfer on the day before the workshop, or in cash on site.

    We will issue an invoice for the paid amount and send it by email.

    We can only accept a limited number of participants for our workshop. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the course or set a new date one week before the course begins, based on the deposits received. In this case, the deposit already paid will either be refunded immediately upon request or, after consultation, treated as a deposit for the next course.

    Cancellation policy
    After registration, participants may cancel their participation up until the week before the course begins, subject to a handling fee of 20% of the course fee. Cancellations made within the final week before the course begins are subject to a handling fee of 50% of the course fee. Any amount remaining after deduction of the handling fee will be refunded by bank transfer.

    Practical information
    Our courses involve hands-on workshop work. Please choose comfortable, layered clothing suitable for this kind of activity, and avoid delicate garments.

    If you already have any tools suitable for the techniques taught during the course, such as modeling tools, it is worth bringing them with you. Of course, we provide all necessary tools on site.

    Accompanying guests
    To ensure a calm and focused working environment, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate accompanying guests during the course. However, they are welcome to take a brief look inside the workshop at the end of the course.

    Food and refreshments
    We can offer tea, coffee, and water on site.
    For workshops that run from the morning into the afternoon, we usually include a short lunch break of approximately 30 minutes. Nearby, there is a self-service restaurant with reasonable prices, as well as a café and a grocery store where you can quickly pop out.
